1.1 The Party of the First Part, herein referred to as "Thomas Donohue", a resident of the District of Columbia and the proprietor of TMD Enterprises Photography & Videography, hereby declares his intention to utilize Short Message Service (SMS) as a mode of communication with his clients and local residents (collectively referred to as the "Recipients").
